MoreExams is an online platform that allows users to upload course materials, generate study questions in multiple formats, practice with flashcards, take mock exams, and track their study progress. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Use the Service to engage in academic dishonesty or violate your institution's honor code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant MoreExams a limited license to process your materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating questions). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily limit availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

MoreExams is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
